Deleting an account and its data

An AI Watch Faces account can be deleted in two ways. Both delete the same thing — the only difference is whether you need the app for it.

In the app

1. Open the “Me” tab.
2. Press “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Confirm. The deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Write to salimov.artem@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with and say “delete my AI Watch Faces account”. We will delete it within 30 days and answer once it is done. Nothing beyond the email address is required from you.

What is deleted

• the account itself and its link to your Google profile;
• all your watchfaces — private ones and the ones published in the gallery, together with their previews and built files;
• the photos you uploaded;
• active sessions on every device;
• the list of authors you blocked.

What stays

• Copies other people made. If somebody copied your published watchface for themselves, that copy belongs to them and stays with them. Your name is kept in it as a credit to the source; if you want it removed, write to us.
• Watchfaces already installed on bands. They sit in the device's memory and can only be removed from the device itself.
• Reports you filed — with no link to your account, for up to a year after review, so that a decision about somebody else's violation is not undone after the fact.
• Server logs — no longer than 30 days, after which they disappear by themselves.
• Database backups — up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.

Deleting one watchface

You do not need to delete the account for that: open the watchface, the “···” menu → “Delete”. To take it off the gallery and keep it for yourself, switch “In the gallery” off.
